Savory Chickpea Crêpes | Gluten & Dairy-Free

Looking for a delicious crêpe that also just happens to be gluten and dairy-free then look no further than these little wafers of joy.

The ingredients are really very simple — chickpea flour, oil, water and a bit of salt and pepper.

However, if you want to change things up a bit, these are the perfect canvas for that.

Making the crêpes a bit thicker and adding additional ingredients makes something that you can serve as a snack or a side.

Here we have added golden-fried onions and fresh rosemary to the batter — ah, yes, please!

You can even use the batter to make a pizza crust and top it with your favorite toppings
