Mushroom Stroganoff w/ Farfalle Noodles | Plant-Based

When I look at this dish I’ll admit it, I think of fall, but let’s face it, a really good pasta is good any time of year. While it may look like quite a few ingredients, I can assure you that it’s not actually that much work and the end result is so totally worth it.

Once you have the onions and mushrooms cooked you are practically done — just add the Cashew Sour Cream and cook the pasta.

We particularly love farfalle noodles with this dish (plus it’s fun to say), but of course, you can use another type of pasta if you prefer. That being said, do try it at least one with these handsome little bow-ties won’t you 🙂

Once the pasta is done, everything is folded together — creating the most scrumptious pasta dish.

But please, please, do make sure you top it with the additional garnish, if not, well, then I make no promises that it will be as good — seriously! 🙂

Here is the link to the Mushroom Stroganoff, please feel free to make a comment in the comment section of the recipe if you make it (and love it — just kidding, you can also tell us if you didn’t, but we are sure you are going to).

Ciao for now,
Dawn
